Job summary

Code and Theory, LLC is seeking an HR Intern to join a high-performing HR team. You will support the Generalists across the HR lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, reporting, and benefits administration for Code and Theory and its subsidiary companies.

This is a hands-on role designed to learn all aspects of HR alongside experienced Generalists. You will assist in onboarding, I-9 verification, and scheduling exit interviews while contributing to HR reporting and data tracking

• :Experience using G Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain HR reporting, data entry, record keeping and analysis as directed by the CPO or HR generalists.
• Assist HR generalists in onboarding new hires.
• Complete I-9 forms and verify I-9 documentation.
• Schedule all exit interviews.
• Support data tracking related to performance reviews.
• Maintain active and terminated employee files according to regulatory requirements.
• Assist or lead ad hoc HR projects with the CPO/HR Generalists.
• Collaborate with team and learn from experienced professionals.
