You will assist with training sessions, onboarding materials, benefits inquiries, and HR data management in a dynamic environment.

The internship is temporary and focuses on practical HR initiatives. You will gain exposure to multiple HR functions while developing professional skills in a supportive team

Qualifications

• Current juniors or seniors pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related program.
• Proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel.
• Positive attitude, team player, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Learning & Development sessions and enrollments.
• Send, collect and summarize training feedback surveys.
• Track and report completion data in the LMS for courses.
• Support onboarding materials and new hire orientation sessions.
• Assist with benefits enrollment and employee inquiries.
• Help maintain employee files and HR databases.
