Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced, team-oriented manufacturing plant.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provides support with employee files
• Shadow department members to assist on projects and deliverables
• Learn about the business by supporting HR professionals and operations team
• Maintain paper and digital employee files, utilizing HRIS (UKG Pro)
• Support HR team by answering basic questions from employees
• Communicate with other departments, including senior management
• Assist with onboarding and off-boarding paperwork and new hire orientation
• Assist with recruiting new employees, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and extending offers
• Provides general clerical support to HR team
• Other duties as assigned by HR Manager
