Versa Pak is offering a Part-Time HR Internship designed for students pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. You will gain hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, HR compliance, and HR administration in a professional HR environment.

Working alongside experienced HR professionals, you will develop practical HR skills and learn best practices for the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Track training participation and coordinate development initiatives.
• Assist with payroll preparation and timekeeping records.
• Maintain compliance-related documentation and personnel files.
• Research HR best practices, policies, and labor market trends.
• Create and update job descriptions.
• Assist with analyzing employee survey results and engagement initiatives.
• Provide general administrative support and participate in process improvements.
