Responsibilities

• Employee Support & HR Coordination: Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
• HR Operations & Service Delivery: Support HR Representatives and HR Managers with administrative coordination activities.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist with onboarding and offboarding coordination processes.
• Documentation: Maintain HR documentation and employee records in accordance with confidentiality standards.
• Employee Experience: Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives and HR communications.
