Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
• Experience with HRIS or ATS and MS Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with posting job openings, candidate communications, and interview scheduling.
• Support onboarding activities, including documentation, orientation scheduling, and data entry.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and day-to-day HR processes.
