Job summary

Markey’s, a live event production company in Indianapolis, is offering a paid Human Resources Internship in the Admin department. You will support recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations, gaining hands-on experience with ATS, HRIS, and employment assessments while working closely with the HR team.

Working 20–25 hours per week, Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–4:00 PM, January through June 2027 with flexibility. This role provides practical exposure to talent acquisition, offer management, and HR projects

Qualifications

• Pursuing HR, business administration, management or related degree.
• Interest in HR and Talent Acquisition as a career path.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Prior administrative or office experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Post job openings and track applications.
• Maintain the ATS and assist with interview scheduling.
• Learn recruiting techniques and use resources like Indeed.
• Track PI assessments and update candidate records.
• Assist with onboarding activities and logistics.
• Support HR-related projects.
