Job summary

RPMGlobal is seeking a Human Resources Intern to assist the HR Team with a variety of projects and administrative tasks. You will help with onboarding, recruiting support, and process improvement while learning how HR supports operations across facilities.

Ideal candidates are currently pursuing a degree in HR Management or Business Administration, have basic HRIS experience, and are comfortable with Microsoft Office and related systems.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited program majoring in HR Management or Business Administration.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with HRIS, Excel and Word processing tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and support HR projects with tracking of deadlines and priorities.
• Assist with onboarding of new employees and communication within the facility.
• Support recruiting activities: post ads, screen applications and resumes.
• Assist with HR processes analysis and improvement suggestions.
