Responsibilities

• Provides general support to the Human Resources team.
• Maintains strict confidentiality of all information within HR.
• Assists in HR activities such as updating policies, orientations, filings, and packets.
• Assists in recruitment (screen resumes, phone screens, reference checks).
• Prepare Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents for site-wide communications.
• Handle employee requests with responsiveness, follow-up, and escalation.
• Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of projects.
• Assist Sr. HR Generalist and Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist.
