Job summary

SLB is seeking an HR Recruiter/Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations across our global centers. You will coordinate interview schedules, maintain records, and assist internship programs while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, data management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive employee engagement and culture initiatives, including recognition events.

Qualifications

• Experience with HR systems or recruitment platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and data management like Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service mindset.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates; Maintain candidate tracking and recruitment records; Support internship and campus hiring programs.
• Onboarding & Employee Experience: Assist with new hire onboarding processes and documentation; Coordinate onboarding sessions and orientation activities; Support employee welcome communications and engagement activities; Track onboarding completion and follow up on outstanding requirements.
• HR Operations & Administration: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases; Support document management and HR file administration; Assist with preparing HR reports, presentations, and dashboards; Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.
• Employee Engagement & Culture: Support planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives like people celebrations and seniority dinners; Be part of the We Play and We Volunteers groups and lead events.
