Job description

The HR Intern will support a variety of initiatives across the Human Resources function, gaining exposure to multiple areas of HR while contributing to activities that support both business and employee needs.

This internship is designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will work with HR professionals on a range of assignments and initiatives while developing business acumen, analytical skills, communication capabilities, and an understanding of the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Support various HR initiatives and activities across the employee lifecycle.
• Conduct research, gather information, and assist with data analysis to support decision-making.
• Prepare presentations, reports, communications, and other business materials.
• Assist with process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR team members and stakeholders on a variety of assignments.
• Participate in meetings, document action items, and support follow-up activities.
• Maintain and organize HR-related information, records, and documentation as appropriate.
• Assist with special assignments and other responsibilities as business needs evolve.
