• Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR inquiries with professionalism and discretion
• Support HR Representatives and HR Managers with administrative coordination activities
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding coordination processes
• Maintain HR documentation and employee records in accordance with confidentiality standards
• Employee Experience & Engagement
• Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
• Assist with HR communications, information sessions, and employee events
• Help maintain HR knowledge resources and employee support materials
• HR Operations & Service Delivery
• Support HR case management and inquiry tracking activities
