Job summary

VetJobs seeks a Senior Human Resources Generalist to lead full-cycle HR in our federal contracting portfolio, blending onboarding, compliance, and employee relations with a strong focus on talent acquisition for cleared staffing.

You will build data-driven workforce insights, manage recruitment pipelines for federal proposals, and ensure OFCCP, SCA, and AAP compliance, while reporting metrics to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR Generalist experience, federal contracting preferred.
• Experience with staffing for federal contracts and clearances.
• Strong analytics on turnover, retention, headcount, and engagement.
• Knowledge of OFCCP, EEO, SCA and FLSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical, administrative, and cleared staff.
• Partner with program managers to define labor categories and pipelines.
• Maintain HR data ecosystems and report on KPIs (Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire).
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and HR reports.
• Ensure compliance with OFCCP, SCA, EEO, and related regulations.
