Job summary

CFE International LLC is seeking an accomplished Human Resources Generalist to support employees and leaders across the lifecycle. You will help deliver compliant HR services, manage onboarding, recruit, handle employee relations, and administer benefits in a hands-on, relationship-focused role.

You will partner with managers to address concerns, drive engagement, and support development, training, and performance processes while maintaining accurate HR data and system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent combo of education and experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or related role.
• Experience across multiple HR disciplines: employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compliance, or HR operations.
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR systems; strong MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR policies and programs.
• Support the employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, benefits admin, leave management, and offboarding.
• Deliver a positive candidate and employee experience with customer-focused HR service.
• Partner with managers to address concerns and promote engagement in a respectful environment.
• Support development initiatives, training, talent planning, and performance management processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data to aid decisions.
• Administer and improve HR systems, reporting, vendor coordination, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, training, and data privacy standards.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes and programs.
• Contribute to HR and Administration initiatives and special projects.
