Job summary

CFS, a global logistics company, seeks a Human Resources Generalist to own HR programs and enhance the employee experience across HR operations, benefits, talent acquisition, and HRIS technology.

You will administer benefits, support recruiting, manage Paycor Talent Acquisition and Performance Review modules, and partner with hiring managers. This is a full-time, on-site role with a competitive salary in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in talent acquisition
• Experience with Paycor or a comparable HRIS platform
• Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, benefits administration, and recruiting processes

Responsibilities

• Support employee relations, policy guidance, and HR operations
• Administer employee benefits, enrollments, changes, and open enrollment activities
• Manage and optimize Paycor Talent Acquisition and Performance Review modules
• Partner with hiring managers to support recruiting and staffing needs
• Oversee performance review cycles, reporting, and system administration, maintain HR records and compliance documentation
