Race Winning Brands in Mentor and Berea, Ohio, is seeking an HR Generalist/Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring across production, skilled trades, and professional roles, while partnering closely with shop floor and office leaders.

You will support onboarding, maintain HR records, assist benefits, ensure compliance, and help build a positive culture across two sites with hands-on involvement in the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR generalist and/or recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring for hourly and salaried roles.
• Working knowledge of HR practices and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Recruit great talent; manage full hiring process for production and professional roles.
• Assist with onboarding to ensure a welcoming first day.
• Be a go-to HR partner; answer questions and support managers.
• Maintain HR records and support benefits and leave administration.
• Contribute to engagement, retention, and events to improve culture.
