Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. in Mentor, OH is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to deliver hands-on HR support for the facility. The role balances office tasks with occasional plant floor presence and minimal travel.

You will lead recruiting for hourly roles, manage employee files, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements while partnering with payroll, training, and HR HQ.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the human resources discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified candidates for all hourly positions and maintain tracking/reporting.
• Build and maintain hourly and non-exempt salaried employee files coordinating with payroll/training HQ.
• Keep ADP current, including timecard and badge systems maintenance.
