Job summary

Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions in the Cincinnati area seeks an HR Generalist for an industrial manufacturing company near Sharonville. You will handle daily HR functions, including policy maintenance, interviewing and hiring, benefits, and payroll administration.

The ideal candidate has HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, and can manage confidential information. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required; SHRM-CP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Previous HR experience in manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
• Ability to work within a multi-cultural environment.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch & lift up to 15 lbs.
