Job summary

Adalet, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks a Human Resources Generalist to support two Ohio sites, Cleveland and Cardington. The role covers benefits administration, Leaves of Absence, employee relations, training, and compliance with labor laws.

Occasional travel to Cardington is required. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR generalist roles, preferably in manufacturing with union exposure, strong communication and organizational skills, and solid HRIS and Excel capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of HR generalist experience, manufacturing environment and union experience preferred.
• Experience with benefits administration and Leave management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work with minimal supervision.
• Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in policy development, employee relations, employment, and wellness/safety matters.
• Coordinate and administer all employee benefits and Leaves of Absence with Third Party Administrators.
• Manage recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding for full-time roles; coordinate with hiring managers.
• Handle inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors; escalate complex issues.
• Administer compliance with federal, state, and local laws; support union-related matters.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and confidentiality; prepare reports for management.
