Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an on-site Human Resources partner to support plant managers and leadership across multiple facilities in Ohio. The role focuses on employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, HR systems, payroll, and data analytics to improve workforce engagement and retention.

You will collaborate with site leaders, maintain HR records, generate reports and dashboards, and travel regularly to designated facilities to ensure policy consistency and effective HR program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressive Human Resources experience required. Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with HRIS systems and HR reporting.
• Intermediate Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, IF Statements, Data Validation, and workforce data analysis.
• Experience creating HR reports and scorecards; dashboards using Power BI or Tableau is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to identify workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and training activities.
• Serve as a trusted HR resource to employees and leaders.
• Assist with HR technology platforms including HRIS, payroll, learning management systems, and employee self-service tools.
• Maintain attendance, workforce, and employee records with data integrity.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute HR reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Analyze workforce metrics such as turnover, retention, attendance, staffing levels, and engagement trends.
• Conduct regular audits of HR systems and employee data.
