Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience.
2–4 years of HR experience; HR certification preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Act as point of contact for employee relations and guidance.
Facilitate conflict resolution and foster a positive culture.
Ensure legal compliance with federal, state, and company HR requirements.
Assist in the performance management process, including goal setting and reviews.
Advise managers on policy interpretation and career development.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends.
Support administration of compensation programs for exempt and non-exempt employees.
Stay informed about HR trends and best practices.
