Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; 3 years experience.
• Experience with full cycle recruitment and onboarding.
• Experience with HRIS data input and reporting.
• Knowledge of compliance with facility, legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruitment for assigned positions (posting, sourcing, interviews, hiring and onboarding).
• Plan and execute job fairs and events.
• Coordinate New Hire Orientation and onboarding requirements.
• Maintain staff education requirements.
• Assist with employee engagement and retention programs.
• Assist with HRIS data input and reporting.
• Assist with investigations and disciplinary actions under HR Director.
