Meridell Achievement Center, a 134-bed psychiatric residential treatment facility near Austin, seeks an HR professional to support staff across departments and manage training initiatives. You will work under the HR Director to execute hiring, onboarding, education procedures, and data maintenance for a diverse team serving youth ages 10–17.

The role emphasizes coordinating classes, online training, and ensuring timely HR communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-3 years experience required, 5-8 years preferred.
• One year of clinical experience in RTC setting.
• One year of group facilitation experience.
• Knowledge of psychiatric patient care techniques and understanding of mental illness, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides HR support to hourly and salaried employees across all functions.
• Carries out responsibilities as directed by the HR Director.
• Coordinates required classes and administers online training courses.
• Assists HR Director in maintaining the goals and objectives of the organization.
• Works with the HR Director to fulfill a variety of HR tasks including hiring, firing, training and company education procedures for new or existing employees.
• Tracks and maintains all employee data.
