Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System is seeking an HR Generalist to support the HR Director across recruitment, onboarding, retention programs and performance management. The role involves coordinating orientations, maintaining HRIS data, and ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, plus 3 years of experience.
• Experience leading full cycle recruitment, employee relations, retention strategies and performance management.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and HR compliance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruitment for assigned positions including posting, sourcing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
• Assist with planning and executing job fairs and events.
• Coordinate New Hire Orientation and onboarding requirements.
• Utilize HRIS for data input and reporting; maintain accurate personnel records.
• Support engagement initiatives and staff retention programs.
• Participate in employee engagement activities and events.
• Conduct HR file audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Respond to unemployment/policy correspondence and verifications.
