Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and leaders.
• Support employee relations activities and investigations.
• Administer leave of absence programs (FMLA) and ensure compliance.
• Manage benefits enrollment and inquiries.
• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
• Support performance management and leadership development.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports.
