Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an HR professional to guide multiple business units in recruiting, employee relations, talent management, training, and benefits. You will administer HR programs, respond to employee inquiries, and advocate for a positive workplace culture.

You will collaborate with BU leadership to address people-related needs, support DEI initiatives, and streamline onboarding for interns and hires while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required or equivalent experience.
• PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
• Experience in large-scale organizations or construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to business units for recruiting, employee relations, and talent management.
• Administer HR programs and respond to employee inquiries in a timely manner.
• Liaise with BU leadership to address people-related needs and concerns.
• Support DEI initiatives and anti-racism learning across the company.
• Manage onboarding, new hire orientation, and internship programs.
