Turner Construction Company is seeking an HR Manager to guide HR functions across business units in Boston. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and talent development while promoting D&I and Lean improvements within HR processes.

The role requires collaboration with BU leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage HR programs, policies, and employee inquiries. Some travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Experience in large organizations or construction industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, confidentiality, and compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (SAP preferred).
• Some travel may be required.

Aufgaben

• Provide guidance to business units for HR functions including recruiting, employee relations, talent management, training, and benefits.
• Serve as liaison for employees and support management initiatives.
• Represent company culture, D&I activities, and advocate for equity and wellbeing.
• Administer HR programs and policies; respond to employee inquiries.
• Create a trusting environment and engage with employees where they work.
• Apply lean concepts to improve HR processes (e.g., Kanban, A3, Story Boarding).
• Manage talent acquisition, internships, onboarding, and candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate with agencies for referrals and onboarding.
• Support HR data, reporting, and end-to-end hiring processes.
• Assist with relocation, immigration, and onboarding of new hires.
