Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 1 year of related experience or equivalent combination
• Experience in construction industry preferred
• Maintain confidentiality of information
• Interpret HR policies and procedures
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Approachable, proactive, and professional attitude
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, timely documentation

• Limited travel

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration of HR initiatives within business units under HR Management guidance
• Support company culture, values, and Diversity & Inclusion activities
• Participate in problem solving and contribute ideas to improve HR services
• Administer HRIS data integrity, reports, and file maintenance
• Coordinate talent acquisition activities including ATS postings and interviews
• Support onboarding, background checks, and new hire processing
• Liaise with payroll and respond to employment verification requests
• Coordinate internship programs and relocation/transfer processes
• Assist in benefits administration and enrollment communications
• Generate HR data reports to support analytics and meetings
• Support training program logistics and attendance tracking
• Coordinate employee recognition and awards programs
