Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage the full employment life cycle across one or more business units in Cincinnati, OH. The role includes recruiting, employee relations, talent management, training, and benefits, with supervision of HR Generalists/Administrators in multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal and presentation skills, effective communication at all levels, and a proactive, project‑minded approach to HR

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of progressive HR experience, plus 3 years of supervisory/management experience.
• PHR® or SHRM-CP® certification preferred
• Construction or large organization experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Manage full employment life cycle including recruiting, employee relations, talent management, training, and benefits.
• Lead and develop one or more HR Generalists/Administrators in multiple locations.
• Partner with management to communicate policies and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
