Qualifications

• High integrity, confidential handling of information, discretion

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance for HR functions including recruiting, employee relations, talent management, training and benefits
• Serve as liaison for employees and support management initiatives
• Administer HR programs, policies, and procedures to assigned business unit
• Maintain timely employee inquiries responses and accurate records
• Support continuous improvement and lean practices within HR processes
