Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in progressive HR roles with recruiting, relations and administration.
• Experience recruiting for technician or operational roles is a plus.
• Familiar with HR laws, payroll processes and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technician and operational roles.
• Partner with managers on workforce planning and recruiting strategies.
• Own onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Administer benefits, open enrollment, payroll data, and HRIS records.
• Advise on HR policies, employee relations, and performance processes.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience.
