The position is full-time, 100% onsite in Indianapolis, with a salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HR experience, ideally with payroll and employee relations.
• Proven track record in handling investigations and enforcing policies.
• Excellent communication abilities, particularly for difficult conversations.
• Capacity to work independently while collaborating with corporate HR.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle payroll and review employee timecards.
• Handle employee relations matters, investigations, and policy enforcement.
• Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding.
• Partner with operations leadership on safety compliance.
• Support hiring processes in coordination with corporate HR.
