Qualifications

• BA degree in HR, Business or related field required; masters preferred.
• 2 years HR experience; social service background preferred.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Active HR networks involvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR responsibilities including policies and recruitment.
• Manage employee relations, compensation, employment and orientation.
• Lead onboarding with job description development and screening.
• Coordinate orientation programs and gather feedback for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and EEOC-related matters.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports for VP review.
