Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for a contract-to-hire role with a manufacturing client in Indianapolis, IN. You will contribute to employee engagement, onboarding, compliance, payroll, time and attendance, and training.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of HR experience (preferably in manufacturing or warehousing), strong HRIS skills, and the ability to handle confidential issues with integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/warehousing.
• Strong HRIS experience and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to collaborate with all HR areas and influence organizational priorities.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR partner addressing employee relations and HR matters with sound judgment.
• Drive initiatives to foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture.
• Lead HR strategies across employment processing, compensation, payroll, health and safety, benefits, training, and records management.
• Advise leadership and guide on policies and best practices.
