Responsibilities

• Administers HR plans and procedures for all personnel and helps implement policies.
• Participates in setting department goals and systems.
• Conducts recruitment for exempt and non-exempt positions company-wide.
• Coordinates new employee orientation and benefits enrollment.
• Facilitates annual benefits enrollment and educates on policies.
• Supports HR Supervisor with employee relations and exit interviews.
• Maintains state and federal postings and assists in reporting.
• Compiles reports and supports onboarding and HRIS usage.
