Henricksen, based in Oak Brook, IL, seeks an HR Generalist to deliver comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle. You will lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, manage leave and payroll activities, and drive policy compliance while partnering with leaders to improve the employee experience.

You will advance HR programs, maintain data integrity in HRIS, and support engagement initiatives across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/IO Psychology or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience in a Generalist or similar broad-scope role.
• Working knowledge of employment law (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, compliance).
• Experience across the employee lifecycle — recruiting, onboarding, leaves, payroll, compliance.
• Comfort navigating HRIS systems and data/documentation.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality; strong judgment.
• Agile mindset with growth orientation; collaborative team player.
• Effective communication across diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

• Talent Acquisition + Onboarding: manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, partner with managers, track updates and improve processes.
• Leave of Absence: manage FMLA/ADA/other leaves and return-to-work processes.
• Payroll + Benefits: handle payroll questions, timecards, audits, and benefits enrollment.
• Performance + Engagement: manage performance cycles and engagement surveys; support growth initiatives.
• HR Compliance + Operations: ensure regulatory compliance and HR data integrity across locations.
