Job summary

SBA Home North Carolina, the first production facility of SBA Group in the USA, seeks an HR Generalist focused on TA, L&D and HR compliance to support a growing manufacturing operation in Mocksville, NC.

You will lead full-cycle recruiting, develop training programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and digitize HR processes using ADP and other systems, contributing to organizational growth and a data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of HR Generalist experience, ideally in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws; international mobility practices are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field; SHRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing channels, partnerships, and workforce planning.
• Ensure local and international HR compliance, payroll backup, investigations, and policy enforcement.
• Design and deliver learning and development programs; track participation and impact.
