Qualificações

• 3+ years of professional experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, and labor standards.
• Experience with talent acquisition, including employer branding and recruitment strategy.
• Hands-on experience in learning & development, employee engagement, and HR process optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and improve full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with leadership to anticipate workforce needs and build talent pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with local and international employment laws and internal policies.
• Design and deliver learning programs and maintain competency frameworks.
