Technimark LLC in North Carolina is seeking an HR Generalist to coach, develop, and support employees and managers. The role focuses on employee relations, policy guidance, training, and compliance in a manufacturing environment.

You will partner with leadership to drive employee engagement, manage leave and records, and ensure alignment with employment laws and company practices. This position offers growth opportunities in a global manufacturing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years HR experience with emphasis on employee relations.
• PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is ideal.

Responsabilités

• Partner with managers and HR leaders to advise on HR issues and policies.
• Build relationships with leaders to support team growth and performance.
• Serve as a resource on employee relations, rewards, compliance, and diversity.
• Administer attendance tracking, evaluations, leave, and records.
• Drive HR policy education and continuous improvement.
• Represent Technimark in regulatory hearings and ensure legal compliance.
• Support culture through engagement, recognition programs, and events.
• Coach supervisors on effective leadership within legal and org guidelines.
