Job summary

AMADA AMERICA, INC. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support employee relations across our multi-state organization. You will conduct investigations, advise managers, and ensure compliance with federal and state laws while maintaining confidentiality.

The role is based in High Point, NC and requires on-site work five days a week. Responsibilities include exit interviews, policy guidance, leaves of absence support, and collaboration with Legal and leadership to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field, or professional Human Resources Certification.
• 2+ years of progressive Human Resources experience

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach management on employee relations matters.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback.
• Explain state and federal labor laws within scope of knowledge.
• Perform complex and sensitive workplace investigations with thorough documentation.
• Provide recommendations on corrective actions, discipline, or policy changes after investigations.
• Support managers and employees on grievances, disputes, disciplinary actions, layoffs, and terminations.
