Dermatology Partners seeks an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, ensure policy compliance, and support strategic objectives. You will partner with department leaders to enhance engagement, drive talent acquisition, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, training, benefits administration, employee relations, and HR analytics to inform decision making.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and facilitating conflict resolution.
• Coordinate and conduct training sessions and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, performance evaluations, and benefits administration.
• Assist in the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organizational goals.
• Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
• Support the implementation and management of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in recruitment, retention, and employee satisfaction.
• Facilitate communication between employees and management to promote a culture of transparency and inclusivity.
