Job summary

Dermatology Partners is seeking an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support strategic objectives. The role collaborates across departments to boost engagement, drive talent acquisition, and foster a positive work environment.

You will oversee recruitment from posting to onboarding, implement HR policies, handle employee relations, coordinate training, maintain records, and assist in benefits administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Familiarity with HRIS and ATS platforms.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administer recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and facilitating conflict resolution.
• Coordinate and conduct training sessions and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, performance evaluations, and benefits administration.
• Assist in the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
• Support the implementation and management of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in recruitment, retention, and employee satisfaction.
• Facilitate communication between employees and management to promote a culture of transparency and inclusivity.
