Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR, employee relations, or analytics preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; HR reporting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• HR Administration: coordinate orientation, immigration docs, records, reporting, and policy inquiries.
• HR Data Analytics and Reporting: create dashboards, analyze trends, track KPIs and engagement.
• HR Operations and Employee Relations: assist HRBPs, manage sensitive matters, support day‑to‑day HR needs.
• HR Engagement and Culture: develop outreach, coordinate events, and support change‑management initiatives.
