Sysco Corp. in Dallas, TX is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with leadership in executing local, regional, and corporate HR programs, initiatives, and policies to ensure equitable development and consistent treatment of personnel across the operating company.

The role requires strong knowledge of employment laws, experience in recruiting and staffing, and hands-on skills in performance management, compensation planning, and labor relations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• 2–5 years of HR management experience with supervisory responsibilities.

Aufgaben

• Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.
• Investigate problems such as working conditions, disciplinary actions, and appeals.
• Provide guidance for problem resolution to department officials and individuals.
• Oversee performance management process with OpCo leaders on reviews and CMPs, with training as needed.
• Work with OpCo leaders to create and maintain workforce staffing plans.
• Coordinate recruiting to hire diverse, skilled associates and manage turnover.
• Formulate and recommend goals/objectives in employee relations.
• Develop and administer management-labor relations within HR program to improve relations.
• Develop and oversee compensation policies, procedures, and programs.
• Provide guidance on compensation strategy planning and administration.
• Communicate policies to associates.
• Provide guidance on HR practices and problem resolutions.
• Provide direction to all HR functions and policies.
