Job summary

Sysco Corp. is seeking an onsite HR professional to partner with the HR Manager and HRBP, driving local initiatives and corporate programs to attract, develop, retain, and engage talent across the OpCo.

You will help implement processes and policies to support business goals and employee growth. The role involves administering HR processes, coaching managers, supporting recruitment, and maintaining HR systems.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in HR management or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute transactional core HR processes (onboarding, unemployment claims, leaves, etc.).
• Provide coaching and guidance to associates and supervisors on policy and procedure.
• Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition in staffing plans.
• Support and maintain eTime system and payroll-related activities.
• Assist HRBP to drive an inclusive and diverse culture.
• Administer programs to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
