Job summary

Sysco Atlanta, LLC is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with the HR team and operations to execute HR initiatives across the Atlanta site. The role supports onboarding, payroll-related activities, and employee relations, while guiding supervisors on policy compliance.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of HR experience, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and is bilingual in Spanish preferred; Workday experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources preferred.
• 1+ year of CPG experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute transactional core HR processes (onboarding, unemployment claims, orientation, leave administration, OSHA reporting).
• Provide coaching and guidance to associates and supervisors on policy and procedures.
• Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to back recruitment and staffing plans.
• Support and maintain eTime system and payroll-related activities.
• Help drive an inclusive and diverse culture within the organization.
