Job summary

Sysco Seattle, Inc. is seeking an HR professional to support the HR Manager and HRBP in implementing local initiatives and executing regional programs. You will help attract, develop, retain and engage talent across the OpCo, handling onboarding, payroll-related activities, and guidance on policy.

This role emphasizes collaboration with Talent Acquisition, payroll systems, and a commitment to an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a closely related field is required for external candidates.
• PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources management preferred or equivalent training/experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute transactional core HR processes (e.g., onboarding, unemployment claims, etc.).
• Provide coaching and guidance to associates and supervisors on policy.
• Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition for staffing plans.
• Support and maintain eTime and payroll-related activities.
• Assist HRBP to drive an inclusive and diverse culture.
• Administer programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
