Sysco Western Minnesota, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support the HR Manager and HRBP in implementing local initiatives and corporate programs. The role focuses on attracting, developing, retaining, and engaging talent across the OpCo to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities include onboarding, leave administration, payroll-related tasks in eTime, and supporting inclusive culture efforts. 2–5 years in HR and a related degree are preferred; Workday experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources management preferred or equivalent training/experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred for internal candidates.

Responsabilités

• Execute transactional core HR processes: onboarding, unemployment claims, exits, leaves, OSHA reporting.
• Provide coaching to associates and supervisors on policies and procedures.
• Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition with recruitment and staffing plans.
• Maintain eTime system and payroll-related activities.
• Support HRBP to foster an inclusive, diverse culture.
• Administer programs to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
