Job summary

Quest Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated Human Resource Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and help deliver compliant people practices across the organization.

You will coordinate recruiting, onboarding, training, and talent management programs while handling HR records, payroll support, and regulatory compliance. Strong communication and data analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a human resources department or a related role with knowledge of HR practices.
• Familiarity with talent acquisition, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, employee relations, and performance management.
• Understanding of employment and labor law, HR compliance, and regulatory requirements (FMLA, OSHA, workers' compensation).
• Experience with HRIS and HR platforms such as Dayforce, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, SAP SuccessFactors, Lever, Taleo, or Paycom is beneficial.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel data analysis, and accurate data entry

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting and talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, interviewing, applicant tracking, and candidate communication.
• Support employee orientation, onboarding, training and development, and ongoing talent management programs.
• Assist with employee evaluation, performance management, succession planning, and affirmative action planning.
• Administer employee benefits and support payroll processing, payroll records, and related personnel administration.
• Respond to employee relations matters and help managers address workplace concerns appropriately.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data; perform data entry and data analysis to support reporting.
• Work with HR systems to support HR operations and workflows; assist with HR projects and change management initiatives.
• Support regulatory compliance and employment law in talent management, including FMLA, OSHA, and workers' compensation.
