You'll be responsible for interpreting HR policies, managing recruitment, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 2+ years of experience in a similar role. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills are essential. This position requires working both in an office and a manufacturing environment.
